To a bacon lover, the smell of bacon cooking can be rather intoxicating.
As a matter of fact, when Costco Wholesale opens a new warehouse, it's not uncommon for employees to cook it and pass out samples. You get a strong whiff of it almost as soon as you walk in the door.
What happens next? Many shoppers follow their noses, walking through the warehouse in search of that bacon fragrance that is undeniable.
So here's a question for you. For a true bacon lover, is buying turkey bacon cheating?
All I know is, it's a bacon explosion! According to my research, the word bacon was searched 28,146 times today. So obviously that tells us that bacon is something that a lot of people like.

Bakon Vodka is relatively new. The first bottles of it became available in Seattle, Washington in May. Distribution began nationally this Fall. So if it hasn't made it's way to your neck of the woods, and you like Bloody Marys, make a request to your local liquor store (who may not be aware of it) to order it for you.

How to make candied bacon...
Sprinkle raw bacon with brown sugar and bake in the oven at 350 to 375 degrees until bacon is crisp and the sugar is caramelized.
